Otto Productions has an onsite Personal, Professional Assistant that works to coordinate with other service providers like photographers, caterers, and venue managers to ensure that your event is an absolute success! We take the stress from you and plan your event the way you want it so that you can relax and enjoy your party.
An added benefit to choosing to use our services is that you can submit your thoughts or ideas to us totally online, which saves you a lot of time. Choose the music that you want to have played and the music that you do not want to have played at your event or allow your guests access to choose some songs too. We want you to have the wedding of your dreams so we will work with you to coordinate a schedule of events for your special day and reception so that no special moment or announcement is missed. You are in the spotlight since this is your wedding day so if you have a request then we will work to make it happen.
You have the option to add a slide show presentation to your wedding reception or rehearsal dinner when using our company. We come in and set everything up for you and run the presentation if you want us to. Or, we can show you how to run the equipment yourself if you have access to your own but don’t know how to use it.
So, if you have any embarrassing baby photos of the bride or groom that you would love to show to your valued guests to spice things up for their special day, we can help you to make that happen!
If you would like us to create a custom monogram of the newlyweds names or new last name we have the ability to do so in a variety of fonts to showcase the new start and new journey that the lovely couple is about to embark on together. The new monogram can be proudly displayed onto the wall in a spotlight fashion for all attendees to see.
Our pin spotting services are the latest technological advancement that many other entertainment companies are not offering yet.
