Otto Productions is very proud to welcome Rebecca Holland as our new Professional Wedding Assistant. Rebecca has worked in the wedding field for many years, and her last position was a banquet manager at a local country club. Rebecca will be assisting at most of the weddings this year. She will be providing the hands on help every bride, groom and wedding party deserves. She will also be taking HD Photos at every wedding and event, so you can have photos right away, instead of waiting.

Think of your PWA as the person; who will maintain the flow and direction, and take care of all the little details, like making sure the cake knife and your Dad and wedding party are where they need to be.
- Pittsburgh’s better wedding entertainers work in pairs, with an Entertainment Director and a Professional Wedding Assistant (PWA).
- The PWA should have a detailed check list, customized for each event. The check list contains detailed information: Who is offering the blessing, the order of events, is the bride wearing the garter, and any other important details.
- The PWA will keep you informed of the time line and what time it is.
- A good PWA will greatly reduce your stress level and give you the freedom to savor and enjoy your once in a lifetime wedding day.
Your DJ/MC is responsible for advising you on your wedding timeline. If they are experienced, professional, and truly care about you and your wedding, they should listen and offer ideas to you.
